Char Dham Yatra Package by Helicopter – 5N/6D Yatra Package​

Day 1: Upon arrival in Dehradun Airport or Railway station our representative from mndtravels will arrive to pick you up in car and escort you to your hotel for overnight stay. In evening our team will give you a briefing about tour. Note you should only carry upto 5kg of luggage with yourself during yatra and rest luggage you can drop at hotel or in our office and collect after the trip, As only upto 5kg of luggage is allowed in helicopter for a person.

Day 2: Dehradun- kharsali helipad yamunotri : In morning Mndtravels will provide a cab to pickyou up from your hotel and drop you to sahastradhara helipad. From Where our representative will escort you to your helicopter. Our first destination for Chardham yatra By Helicopter will be yamunotri dham. At 10am you you will board helicopter from Dehradun to yamunotri kharsali helipad. Upon Arrival You will be welcomed by our ground staff. From helipad to temple is upto 6km trek you can take palkis/pony or choose to walk. After Darshan we will return back to Kharsali for Overnight stay in evening.

Day 3: Kharsali – Harsil – Gangotri : On the third day of our Chardham Yatra tour package by helicopter, we will begin our morning by checking out from the hotel and heading to Kharsali helipad. From there, we will board a helicopter to Harsil. Upon landing at Jhala helipad in Harsil, our ground staff will be there to assist you further in the yatra.

From Harsil, our journey will continue to Gangotri by car. Upon arrival, our team will provide you with VIP darshan tickets, ensuring a more convenient and time-efficient experience. After the darshan, we will have lunch and explore the local market of Gangotri. In the evening, we will return to Harsil for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Harsil/Jhalla Helipad- Sersi/Guptkashi -kedarnath We will depart from Harsil/Jhalla Helipad, towards Sersi/phata, upon arrival you will have to change your helicopter in Sersi/Guptkashi and have to take shuttle helicopter flight for kedarnath. You will generally have to wait for upto 30 to 40min for shuttle filght to kedarnath. Upon Arrival at kedarnath helipad our ground staff will Assit you further and provide you a VIP darshan ticket for smooth and faster darshan of kedarnath-ji. In evening after darshan we will stay at guptkashi or kedarnath which ever is more convenient to us accordingly.

Day 5: Sersi / Guptkashi – Badrinath : In our 5th day of Chardham yatra package By Helicopter we will board from sersi helipad To Badrinath city. Upon arrival as usual our ground staff will pick you up in Badrinath-ji helipad and will arrange VIP Tickets in advance for you. To make your darshan more convenient and timely. After darshan at barinath-ji we will explore local nearby hot springs and mana village which is also called as last village of india, Located at boarder of india and china.

Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun Departure Today is the last day of helicopter’s chardham yatra Package. In morning after breakfast as usual we will check out from hotel and board flight for Dehradun. Upon arrival in Dehradun Sahasradhara helipad. We will collect your luggage from hotel or office and escort you to Airport or railway station at your departure timing.

• There is a limited luggage space in helicopter. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
• Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake char dham yatra by helicopter.
• All passengers undertaking Helicopter yatra should be medically and physically fit.
• Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops
• Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
• All passengers are advised to carry their own medication
• Company shall not be liable for any medical emergencies during “chardham yatra tour package by helicopter“, thus advisable for guests to get fitness certificate from doctor for travelling to high-altitude sector  
• Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills. 

• The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath upper is just above average and so passengers should not have very high expectations. However, at Harsil, Guptkashi and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3 stars.
• Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger is permitted in Helicopter Tour Package. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 02 Yrs. /12 Kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof (Birth certificate) of the child shall be checked.
• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens in char dham Helicopter tour package 
• Total passenger weight should not exceed – 450:6 PAX Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately (it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation.
• The booking for “Chardham yatra package By Helicopter” has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.
• Rescheduling of helicopter booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for Helicopter Char Dham Yatra or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
• In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.
• We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances in char dham yatra by helicopter. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.
• BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund only flying timing cost approximately INR 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand Rupees) against each Dham per seat. 
• All disputes are subject to Dehradun Jurisdiction.
• Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above – mentioned terms & conditions by the party.

5% Service charge + Utilized Services like Hotel Stay and Transportation will be applicable in Case of cancellation due to any reason / Bad weather.

If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following cancellation charges

• Up to 30 days before journey -30% of amount  
• Up to 20 Days before journey -50% of amount  
• Up to 14 Days before journey -No Refund  
• No Show –No Refund
